An indication of this is when the top begins to go up and starts to chatter or jitter. On the Rebuilt control assemblies be sure to remove the position sensor and save it as it is not included. Remove the two screws from the sensor, and remove the sensor by lifting it straight up. Next remove the single screw holding the bracket and lift from that end to release the tabs that are tucked into the motor housing. Save all parts for reassembly on your unit. NOTE: The core MUST be in good repairable condition when returned and MUST NOT BE DISASSEMBLED! If it has been disassembled , WELDED OR DRILLED, NO CORE REFUND will be issued! It also must NOT be damaged during shipping. If either arm is bent or damaged we cannot rebuild it so NO credit can be issued. If buidable but missin stop deduct $100, Shaft damaged deduct $100, motor cracked deduct $100, casting drilled no credit. Please understand that even though your motor LOOK great most of these motors have been tampered with at some point in their lifetime.
