Clutch Removal Instructions
Step 1 Remove the transmission. Step 2 Use a screw driver to lock the flywheel in place so it doesn't turn. Step 3 Remove the bolts holding the pressure plate and remove the clutch. Step 6 Make sure the release bearing is in good working order. Step 7 Give everything one more visual inspection to be sure everything will work properly including the new clutch. Step 8 Place the clutch and pressure plate against the flywheel and insert the bolts loosely. Step 9 Center the clutch using a socket or tool then torque the bolts alternately to 22 Nm (16 ft lbs) Step 10 Remove the socket or tool used to hold the clutch in alignment.
