Door Panel Removal
STEP 1 Remove light in door by removing screw with T10 Torx tool. Slide light assembly out and remove wires.
STEP 2 Remove screw in hole where the light is mounted with T25 Torx tool. (This one is kind of hidden behind insulation material)
STEP 3 Remove oval panel under door handle. Pry gently (from the front to the rear) and it will pop out.
STEP 4 Remove screw holding plastic trim around door handle with T25 Torx. After screw is removed, the trim piece can then be taken off.
STEP 5 Remove round plug in top and bottom of door pull handle. (Pry them to get them started then slide them out)
STEP 6 Remove both screws from top and bottom with T25 Torx. (Don't try to pull the handle off.)
STEP 7 Remove the covers on the bolt heads on either side of the door pocket.
STEP 8 Remove the uncovered bolts with T25 Torx.
STEP 9 Pop the bottom of the door panel off pulling it towards you. There are white nylon inserts that hold it to the door frame..
STEP 10 Raise the door panel up to loosen it from the top window sill.
STEP 11 The door panel should be free at this point.

Window Regulator Removal

STEP 2 Remove 2 10mm bolts from bottom of regulator track.
STEP 3 Remove attaching clips and door liner.
STEP 4 Remove the 2 10mm bolts that fasten the window to the regulator's carrier and gently lower the window into the door.
STEP 5 Remove the 3 10mm nuts that hold the motor assembly.
STEP 6 Disconnect the electrical connections.
STEP 7 Extract the old regulator from the door.

New Window Regulator Installation
STEP 1 Remove the 3 10mm bolts holding the mounting bracket with the hex rubber mounting studs on it.
STEP 2 Remove the 3 hex rubber mounting studs. (a 19mm socket fits OK)
STEP 3 Install the 3 hex rubber mounting studs on the motor mounting plate on the new regulator.
STEP 4 Attach the new regulator's motor power pigtail to the motor.
STEP 5 Put the new regulator in the door.
STEP 6 Mount the motor assembly and attach with 3 10mm nuts.
STEP 7 Install the 3 10mm bolts in the top and bottom of the regulator track.
STEP 8 Raise window by hand and attach window to regulator carrier with 2 10mm bolts. (You might want to leave these loose until you've tested the new regulator so the window can move and adjust itself without binding.)
STEP 9 Cut off electrical connector from old regulator motor with enough wire to be able to attach it to the motor power pigtail.
STEP 10 Connect the RED on old connector to BLACK on pigtail, BLACK on old connector to BLUE on pigtail.
STEP 11 Reconnect the electrical connections to the car and test.
STEP 12 If all is well, tighten the bolts referred to in step 8 and reassemble the door panel.
